Waivers & Releases of Liability
  • Fox Hollow Accident Waiver & Release of Liability Form (for events outside Meadowcrest property) - This form is used whenever FHVPOA sponsors an event that is taking place outside of Meadowcrest property.  Examples of such events would be casino trips, nature boat rides, beach picnics, etc.  Usually such events are scheduled through the Fox Hollow Social Committee and this committee assures the forms are distributed and completed by event participants for each and every event.

  • Fox Hollow Emergency Plan - Version 1.0 - This document was approved by the Fox Hollow BOD on June 26, 2013.  The plan is comprised of this document plus the following three PDF formatted documents, which are owned and maintained by the Citrus County Office of Emergency Management:
