Fairmont Owners,

You do not need to submit paperwork and void checks, or mail checks to make your monthly dues payments.

You may make a one time payment or set up recurring payments online. You will need to know your account number, which is your block and lot number. If you do not know your account number, you may call, 352-628-5600, or email [email protected] and we will be happy to provide your account number and answer any questions you may have.

If you use bank bill pay to remit your monthly payments address all payments to the address below and reference your account number which is your block and lot number, if you do not know it, please contact us and we will be happy to provide the number to you.
