Living life in a resort! Being on a permanent vacation!
Imagine a meadow transformed into gently rolling hills, majestic and beautiful old oak trees, winding roads that flow with the terrain, and a collection of villas and homes appearing to have evolved and been arranged in the most appropriate settings. Add to this landscape, small ponds, fountains, walkways, and shrubbery. Sprinkle on an abundance of wildlife -- fish, turtles, great blue herons, egrets, and much more. Mother Nature adds glorious sunshine and blue sky to our landscape.
Meadowcrest is a deed-restricted community, where all residents are expected to clearly understand and abide by the documented covenants and restrictions. Each village in the Meadowcrest community has a Property Owners' Association (POA) with an elected Board of Directors (BOD) that is staffed by volunteers that oversee the operations of each POA. Property owners pay a monthly fee to support their villages well as the maintenance of common areas and amenities, which include a clubhouse, two swimming pools, tennis courts, a park with walking trails, a horseshoe area, a bocce ball court, shuffleboards, gardens, waterfalls, and fountains.
Meadowcrest is comprised of five villages of residential homes and villas located in the Nature Coast city of Crystal River. Crystal River is located 80 miles north of Tampa on the Gulf Coast in Citrus County of Florida.
The Meadowcrest Community Association (MCA) is an organization comprised of the five residential Property Owners Associations (POA's) and four commercial POA's. The MCA oversees the operations of the entire Meadowcrest community to assure that areas of common interest are managed for the good of all.
Meadowcrest Community Association and its villages are all deed-restricted. Please read the documents of the village in which you are purchasing and the Meadowcrest Community Association before purchasing property within the Meadowcrest Community.
Also, note that none of the villages in Meadowcrest have age restrictions. Our community welcomes people of all ages—retirees, singles, and families—to come to live here in harmony, adhering to our governing documents.
