Pinehurst is a village comprised of beautifully built villas nestled among winding streets and lush landscaping.  property owners pay a monthly maintenance fee lawn and shrub maintenance, exterior home painting (every seven years) and roof replacement (every fifteen years).  This friendly community sponsors occasional potluck dinners and annual barbeque for its residents.

About the Pinehurst Village POA

The Pinehurst Village POA oversees the operations of Pinehurst Village to assure that areas of common interest to the residents of the village are managed for the good of all.  The Pinehurst Village POA also provides representation to the Meadowcrest Community Association BOD and its various committees.
